Anderson Ranch Artist Residency - made it!

Happy to have arrived safely in Snowmass Colorado Wednesday evening after a gorgeous drive from Oakland.  The 13 other winter artist residents (names to be posted soon!) and I have been orienting both to the altitude and the plentiful shops and equipment.  Snow greeted me on my first night, and it has been snowing steadily since early this morning...a beautiful place to be settling in to work for the coming 10 weeks.  I have started setting up my studio and room.  Today I brought out drawings, ideas, books, and images, and installed a wood vice on one of my tables...so it begins!
