Southern Exposure invites you to join Mission Voices Summer youth, artists, and community partners for El Grito de la Mision, a celebration of the opening of the Mission Voices Summer 2010 exhibition, ECHO, ECHOES, ECHOED. The project is the culmination of a six-week immersive summer program that took place at SoEx. The event includes an exhibition of new work and installations, interactive performances, food, and refreshments.
ECHO, ECHOES, ECHOED, explores personal identity through the guise of the past, present and future. Throughout the summer, three collaborative projects, or acts, guide learning and art making, culminating in a three-act performance amidst an elaborate and compelling set.
